We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, and review and improve this policy as appropriate.

We acquire personal information through lawful and fair means within the scope necessary for inquiries, service contracts, joint research and development, events, recruitment, and other business activities.

03Management of Personal Information

We strive to keep personal information accurate and up to date, and take necessary measures such as maintaining security systems, developing management structures, and educating relevant personnel to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, and leakage.

04Purpose of Use

• Responding to inquiries and providing information
• Considering, concluding, executing, and managing service contracts, joint research and development, and events
• Providing information about Business AI Systems, Music AI, Sound AI, Humanoid / Robotics, and Event / Experience initiatives
• Conducting AI system development, R&D, consulting, and co-creation projects

05Third-Party Disclosure

We appropriately manage personal information entrusted to us and do not disclose or provide it to third parties except in the following cases.

• When disclosure is necessary to a service provider entrusted by the Company in order to provide the service or project requested by the customer

06Outsourcing

We may entrust the handling of personal information to external service providers within the scope necessary to achieve the stated purposes of use. In such cases, we exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the service providers.

07Use of Data in AI Functions

Our AI systems, R&D, consulting, and co-creation projects may use technologies such as generative AI, large language models, Music AI, and Sound AI.

Content, business data, audio, text, response data, and other information entered or transmitted when using these functions or verifications is processed only within the scope necessary to provide the relevant service, system, or project.

We do not use such data for secondary purposes such as improving AI accuracy, improving AI performance, or R&D unless we have the explicit consent of the customer or contracting company, or an agreement under an individual contract.

Only when such consent or agreement exists, data obtained through AI functions may be used for purposes such as improving AI accuracy and performance, quality evaluation, issue verification, and prompt optimization. Even in such cases, use is limited to the agreed purpose and the data is handled in a form that does not identify individuals in principle.

When using external services such as generative AI APIs, we use them after confirming settings or contractual terms under which input data is not used for AI model training.

08Cookies and Tracking Technologies
