5-Stage Engagement
EXDREAM's consulting starts from each company's challenges, data, and business direction, covering research, hypothesis design, prototyping, AI system development, and post-implementation advisory through FDE-style consulting, and extends into deeper R&D when needed. We support implementation projects directly tied to business value and operational value.
Discovery
Discovery is the initial stage for connecting company challenges to implementation. We understand each company's challenges, data, business direction, and field context, then clarify what AI should address. Through trend analysis, competitive mapping, and internal interviews, we surface implementation opportunities and hypotheses to validate.
Planning
Translating opportunities and hypotheses found in discovery into concrete AI systems, products, businesses, and experiences. Through concept design, UI / workflow design, and business planning, we define what is worth building. This stage prepares the material needed for investment, team formation, and development decisions.
Development
Turning hypotheses and plans into working AI systems. Multi-agent AI, AI systems, UI, data foundations, and infrastructure are developed in-house. We do not stop at PoC. We proceed from development to implementation with operational quality, security, and scalability in mind.
Implementation / Advisory
Embedding the AI systems we build into organizations, operations, and products until they are actually used. We support workflow change, internal usage design, operating rules, education, and improvement loops for AI-native organizational transition. Through monthly reviews, improvement proposals, and executive dialogue, we grow AI beyond a one-off project.
R&D
Based on EXDREAM's domains such as Music AI, Sound AI, humanoids, and Business AI Systems, we validate new possibilities for AI. We design long-term themes through technical validation, prototypes, demonstrations, and R&D roadmaps.
Across 5 domains, discovery, planning, development, implementation/advisory, and R&D can be combined per project. Discovery-only, planning-only, development-only, post-implementation advisory, or deeper R&D can be selected according to the goal and phase.
