Global Marketing
Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for business expansion in global markets (overseas markets).
- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct sales activities and negotiations in English with overseas (English-speaking) customers.
- Acquire overseas (English-speaking) clients and expand networks through strategic partnerships, building trust with clients and stakeholders.
Operational Management
- Marketing management for interactive news media AI (including global expansion) and Japanese language AI learning services (complete overseas market expansion).
- Manage numerical data to ensure profitability.
Desired Candidate Profile and Skills
- Those who resonate with EXDREAM’s mission.
- Over three years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
- At least one year of experience using English in a business context.
- TOEIC score of 800 or higher.
- Native English speakers preferred; Japanese language proficiency is not required.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: 6 million yen per year and up, depending on experience, performance, and abilities.

- Ability to stay updated with the latest information on LLMs, including ChatGPT.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and basic concepts.
- Graduate from a science-related university (computer science or AI-related field).
- Over five years of experience in AI development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in publishing AI-related research papers.
- Experience in LLM development.
